It all started back 2 years ago. ChatGPT was still relatively new, and the hype on AI was larger than ever. All of a sudden, AI seemed like this otherworldly power with enough potential to dominate the world for potentially the rest of our lives.

Many don't see it that way anymore, and rather still see it as a passing hype. But for me, I'll never stop seeing AI the same way as I did then: a powerful entity with so, so much potential to grow.

I've spent these last two years researching, studying, and creating AI-driven models, using more detailed and intricate algorithms like logistic regression, SVMs, Softmax, and plenty more.

How Are These "Bots" Built?

Voiceflow is a bot-construction platform allowing for the simplified building of relatively-complex assistants using "workflows". Integrates with GPT-3.5, 4.0, and Anthropic's Claude models.

To clarify: by "bot", I am also referring to an automated assistant. These can be placed on your website, instagram page, messenger/discord account, and a long list of others.

These are the platforms we use.

Similar to Voiceflow, being powered by the latest LLMs for seamless conversations between bot and users. Offers nice bot customization among the three platforms.

Not as customizable compared to Voiceflow and Botpress, but offers very seamless and the easiest platform integrations for building bots the fastest. Uses their own in-house AI model for even faster chat conversations.

Integration Process

Integrations are arguably one of the easiest parts, but tedious nonetheless.

However, above the entire bot building process, integrations should be one of your last concerns compared to its conversation techniques, and ability of talking and connecting with leads on your website and social platforms.

Thankfully, with platforms like Voiceflow, Botpress, and Tidio, integrations are exactly that: simplified.

These platforms make it easy to connect your assistant to any platform you want, as long as the authentication process of X platform isn't too enduring.
